impact crusher

Impact crusher machine is a crushing machine with very wide application. Appropriate working parameters can improve its crushing efficiency and increase its production capacity. The working parameters of impact breaker include diameter and length of rotor, peripheral speed of rotor, production capacity and motor power.

1. Diameter and length of rotor

The diameter of rotor can be calculated with this formula: D=100(d+60)/54 and d refers to the size of ores to be fed into the crusher.

The diameter of rotor of single-rotor impactor equipment is 0.7 times of the result of the formula. What needs to be paid attention to is that the ratio of diameter and length of rotor is generally 0.5~1.2. When the shock resistance of ores is high, a small value will be proper.

2. Peripheral speed of rotor

Peripheral speed of rotor is an important parameter of impact crushing machine and it influences the crushing efficiency, production capacity, abrasion of plate hammers and ore discharging granularity. Generally speaking, when the rotor speed is high, the crushing ratio will increase, the ore discharging granularity will be small and the abrasion of plate hammers and impact plate will aggravate. For this reason, the speed of rotor should be in the range of 15~45m/s.

3. Production capacity

The production capacity of an impact pulverizer is related to rotor speed, rotor surface and the space formed in the front of plate hammers.

4. Motor power

Motor power can be calculated with the following formula N=KQ and K refers to the calculated coefficient, which is the unit power consumption for crushing a ton of product and can be in the range of 0.5~2.0kw/t.
