1. If the vibrating screen is working outdoor, the sun roof should be built, and the indoor ventilation is also important.

(1) The machine will become aged with long time outdoor working, which is exposed to the weather and rain. The exciter generates heat and high temperature in the operation process. The bearing, motor and its body will cause certain damage, and the service life of the vibration sieve will be reduced as well as the screening efficiency.

(2) For the indoor work of vibration screen, the adjustment of the indoor temperature, ventilation and the air permeability should be paid attention to. The ambient temperature is generally not more than 40 ℃, which provides a good working environment for the vibration sieve.

2. The temperature of the motor is too high.

The temperature of the vibration motor refers to the actual heating temperature of each electrical vibrating components, it greatly affects the insulating material effect of vibration motor. If the temperature is too high, it will make the machine aged and shorten the service life of the motor or even cause breakdown of the insulation. In order to prevent the aging or the damage of the machine, the temperature of every part for the vibration motor will have regular restriction. The temperature limit is the allowed temperature of the vibrating motor. If it is found that the motor temperature is too high, the standby motor must be put on to ensure the life of vibrating screen.

There are many reasons for the high temperature of the vibration sieve, if customers cannot find the problems, you must not arbitrarily remove the vibrator, but inform the manufacturers for maintenance, so that other parts of the screen can be used normally.
